Highlights-Monaco
I watched the ship’s approach to the berth in Monaco from the Explorer Lounge (top deck observation lounge and bar). I canceled my included shore excursion and tried one that I created with chatGPT. I saw the Monaco highlights over two hours of walking, but under my control. I skipped the Monaco casino. Back aboard ship, I saw an animated explanation of the Bayeux Tapestry (not actually a tapestry, but we call it that because …?, stumps me). The animated Harold taking an arrow to the eye was more satisfying than the real thing. We were underway at 2115 for Livorno, Italy (close to Florence and Pisa).
