Highlights-Málaga Day 3
Today’s activity priority was doing a resistance workout. Related priorities: don’t injure myself and don’t break anything in the apartment. Muscular exercise is best done on days museums are closed because I’m tired the rest of the day. The mercado closest to the old city was packed at lunch, but I squeezed into a one-person wide (barely) area at one counter for seafood paella (microwaved, still good). There were no tables at this mercado either.

Notable Items
I travel with resistance tubes so I can work out. I’ve found that one workout a week, all muscle groups, makes it easier to recommence my normal gym workouts after I return from trips. Bringing this gear is easier than trying to find gyms everywhere I travel.
I saw a little sign at Granier (bakery, sandwich shop, coffee, other drinks) of a special offer: café con leche and bollería (pastry) for 3.30€. The trick was, not just any pastry. I asked the woman behind the counter which were included, which was good Spanish practice. You don’t learn, Which pastries are included in the offer? in school.
